Liaqat Ali Choudhary, Chairman of Qadir Group of Companies Pakistan, is a visionary leader with a Master’s in Computer Science and over two decades of experience in the agricultural sector. Starting his career as a pesticide dealer, he established multiple successful ventures including Hanan Manan & Company (2015), Al-Badar Crop Sciences (2020), Razhan Traders and E-Lancing (2021), and Cultivo Solutions along with HMC Seeds (2022).Today, Qadir Group is a leading agricultural conglomerate in Pakistan, providing high-quality seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and consultancy services, and is recognized for its strong field performance under his leadership.

(Hons) in Agriculture (Plant Breeding & Genetics) and over 30 years of experience with leading national and multinational organizations, he has built an outstanding career in agri-marketing and sales.Recognized for his exceptional performance and numerous awards, he has developed a strong nationwide distribution network for high-quality seeds, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and micronutrients, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the Qadir Group of Companies.
Mian Arslan Ashraf Saleemi
Director Administration
The Director Administration of Qadir Group of Companies is a highly experienced professional in sales, administration, marketing, and regulatory affairs. He began his career as General Manager at Pak Land Fertilizer in 2001 and later served in key leadership roles at Weal AG, Chawals International, and Aziz Group (2003–2014).
Since joining HMC in 2015, he has played a vital role in strengthening the organization through innovative business strategies, successful product launches, and effective administrative systems. Working in alignment with the Chairman’s vision, he continues to contribute significantly toward making Qadir Group a leading name in Pakistan’s agro industry.
